The 2025 "Computer Modeling in the Aerospace Devices and Systems Design" event drew over 130 competitors
The Institute of Automation and Electronic Instrumentation of KNRTU-KAI hosted the VI Olympiad "Computer Modeling in the Aerospace Devices and Systems Design". Every year, more than 100 of the best students from top Russian and foreign universities participate in this Olympiad. In 2025, 130 students from 15 cities and 23 universities of Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan took part in the contest, representing leading institutions including Bauman Moscow State Technical University, MIREA – Russian Technological University, Belarusian National Technical University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Tashkent State Technical University, among others.
KNRTU-KAI students demonstrated their strength in the team competition, securing first place in both the "MatLab Control System Modeling" and "Wheeled Mobile Robot Movement Modeling" categories. They also placed third in "Aerospace Device and System Structure Modeling with Kompas-3D" and "Aerospace Device and System Structure Modeling with Siemens NX."
